The booking button the chains have had for years
Search for a large chain and you get a Reserve a table button. Search for the independent down the street and you get a phone number. We are building the thing that closes that gap, and it will be there for every restaurant on NomNom, with no commission on a single cover.
Your booking diary now has an API
Today we are opening up NomNom to the other systems in your restaurant. If your till, your EPOS or your in-house software needs to know who is booked in tonight, it can now simply ask. Here is what we have built, what it is for, and the promise we are making to anyone who builds on it.
The review nobody meant to leave
A restaurant owner asked why guests were leaving low ratings they didn't remember giving. The answer was our own design: a single stray tap in an email was being recorded as a verdict.
